budgets over because you cant do any of the work...... electrical and the brick work is the only things that should have been subed out. I swear all this people on this shows no nothing, other then how to write a check. Then they try and tell you how to flip a house.

@allgood0187420 If their claim that they flipped over 100 houses in 7 years is true then they SURELY know how to do it right. It's fun doing stuff yourself for the first two or three flips, but then gets boring, repetitive and draining - better to pay others to do it - it's faster. And flipping is not about manual labour, it's about finding severely undervalued properties, adding value and selling them for (much) more that your costs. You make your money when you BUY well.
