The things the Plaintiff shows in her pictures and on her video, seem to be just normal wear and tear (the crack in the fridge shelf, the worn sealing around the toilet).  I have no doubt the landlord didn't take the time to clean the apartment before she moved in, but who doesn't clean a new place themselves, top to bottom, when they move in. I think she just didn't like the place once she was in.

The majority of us college students ended up living in dumps that still cost $800. I have since moved to central California. Here, the rent for a THREE bedroom house is as low as $400 a month!
