  • Would you consider making a video that comments on the ideas in the following paper?

    SYMMETRY IN ELECTRODYNAMICS

From Special to General Relativity Macro to Quantum Domains by Mendel Sachs

  • omg plug ur mic all the way in next time

  • you had a great sense of imagination + u'r skills in math = wallah.

i can pic. this craft of your's like static scalar potential, does this involve curving space time since the transverse wave is light?

  • hypothetically, is the higgs referred to as the tachyon? according to sir hawkins he bet 101% they wouldn't find the higgs, my point of view to say the least is that they might discover other exotic particles and produced anti matter for that ambitious project nd it's worth it.

im still stickin to your proposal thou, how bout considering the medium aether...

  • The Higgs is never referred to as a tachyon. The standard model works for particles with no mass which is a problem, since the particles do have mass. Prof. Higgs provided a way using a false vacuum to give mass to particles in the standard model without breaking it.

My proposal suggests that if gravity is unified with the other forces correctly, there is no need for the Higgs mechanism. There still is no need for the aether, the math is prettier than that :-)

  • I have a diferent theory for SM interactions and the gravity, the group of S.M. in two dimencions(in my theory) is similar to Electroweak Model(but the electromagnetism is a scalar field).

  • The E and B fields cannot be viewed as a scalar field, they just don't behave like scalars. Look at an EM field from a moving reference frame, and the way all the E's and B's mix together is quite confusing but well documented. EM is the result of an anti-symmetric rank 2 tensor field, not a scalar field (you would need 6 scalar fields too, one for Ex, Ey, Ez, Bx, By, and Bz, arg!).

    Good luck in your studies.

  • And the QCD?

    And the QFD?

    And the Electroweac Model?

this theory is very very complete...

  • Excellent points: one needs to understand how the weak and strong forces could integrate with gravity and EM. At the time I did this talk, I had no idea. With the development of analytic animations using quaternions, I have some idea, but not enough to do calculations. Search for "standard model" to get a gist (and yes, I recognize it is incomplete).

  • Great, finally a theory that does not need the Higgs, but what happens if the Higgs is discovered?

  • Damn! I live in Jax and I would have loved to have gone to see your presentation. Well, at least I have this video to view.

Thanks for uploading! 5 stars a favorite AND a new sub!

  • Beautiful just absolutely Beautiful.

The best way to describe Mathematics and Physics.

BAD = WRONG you are exactly right.

Problem: A system of measurements is self consistent.

You cannot have a theory thet compares measurements.

Solution: Treat the bending of light as a quantised

defraction which does not require that the speed of light is constant.

  • Thanks Doug.

    I've been hanging out on s. p. r. for years and it's

nice to see what you're up to.
