@dragonbal230 After your done with a season and your in the off season you can. You can only do it on the screen where it lets you buy a new head coach, offensive coordinator ect. When you relocate you have to make all new jerseys, helments, stadium ect. I was on an oakland raiders franchise and i relocated them to LA and named them the Los Angeles Heat!!!

The Chargers originally began in Los Angeles before moving to San Diego. In a way if you had the Chicago Bears in franchise mode you can move them to Decatur, Illinois and call the the Staleys.
