@MsOrangesmarties maybe when you go into your internet options something is messed up auto detect should be checked for that part but you might need to redo your drivers. If you have another computer you can download the drivers from the driver website by looking up your computer.

@Undertaker2891 well if there is an admin account what you can do it go into command prompt, start>run>cmd and type in net user then type in net user Administrator * then it'll ask you to change the password and just hit enter twice and the password for administrator will be taken off and you can get on the account and change that setting. try that and tell me if it works

@steph2go im not exactly sure why, your computer may have certain sites blocked and that may be one? have you tried going to other .edu sites? have you tried it with firefox or chrome? if you still cant try going to hidemyass(dot)com and use that website

@mwslayer123 so you're internet shuts off WHILE your phone is off the hook? I use to have that problem, you will need to call your internet provider and tell them whats going on... the phone line is interfering with with modem and turning it off pretty much
