I was stationed in Germany too, Bruggen, where were you? Yes the underclasses in every country have a poor diet and there is no denying that the British underclass love crap food from the war for some reason.
I would remind you that 12 out of the top 100 restaurants in the world are British, that is more and Germany and even the US.
