That whistle was some chick - she was dressed as a lifeguard. She was over at Le Plur all day long seemingly -- I was about 20 feet-ish from her during this right at the front of the covering thing over the sound booth and whatnot. At times the whistle wasn't too obnoxious depending on the track - but it's annoying as shit here.....
