Basically, the super villains are pestering Lex Luthor about stuff that they want, particularly Brainiac, who just wants a decent pair of pants. Solomn Grundy concurs, though he himself is actually wearing pants. =/ Pretty easy to find on youtube, just put in "Solomn Grundy wants pants too" and you'll find plenty of posts for it.

@Shimzoid Solomon Grundy originated in nursery rhyme published 1842, DC version was Cyrus Gold who was killed & ressurrected in a mystical swamp 25 years later he was named after character in nursery rhyme in Green Lantern, alan scott version story in 1944. Being part plant was immune to green lantern's power, & was run over by a train at end of story killing him, only to be resurrected many times. In one story he was teamed up similar to Marvel Defenders with Dr. Fate, Aquaman, and Hawkgirl
