@jman214d I'm looking into it at the moment. I'm pretty sure it has to do something with the regular standard iron method that most people use for toe box creases.

@restoremysneakers I actually tried this today, and it sort of worked. It removed the creases that weren't so deep. I think if I continue to iron them out, the results will be better.

@fck50 It can be filled in with latex caulk, but it won't make them wearable. Midsole/Sole swap is the only way to make them wearable again.

@pierrechn22 for the soles you mean? Haven't really done any prolonged tests to verify, but I have read some people claimed it won't work for clear soles.

@tman916x They're the 1994 AJ 1 Retro, so they're about 16 years old. I never got to ask the person I won them from how they ended up like that. I guess they just got dirty and the person just stopped wearing them.

@305steve16A We used two cameras. The main one filming directly in the front was a Canon Rebel T2i/550D with 18-55mm kit lens (1080p). The other camera angle came from a Canon point and shoot with at least 720p recording capabilities.

you guys are great!!! this is very helpful. this may not be the first video on youtube about restoring or cleaning shoes but this is the best i have seen. but there are things that i think you should add to make your channel the best in this topic. add where you can get the restoring or cleaning products and the price. thats all you have to do in my opinion.
