No, it did not run 115. I fished out of it a couple times and it was fast. I actually caught some bass out of it too, it was amazing. What's even more amazing is that some people truly think that the boat you are sitting in controls whether you catch fish. It’s true that most negative comments made about boats like this are from people who own a much slower boat or don’t own a boat at all and couldn’t drive this boat if you put a gun to their heads.

i have had a ranger , two skeeters , two tr 21 , and now own a 21 xrd bullet 21 ft 10 in long , its the best fishing platform i have owned , can take any kind of rough water , better built than the others i had , i agree with BulletBlazerSS your not to smart , and your mad you have a lead sled thats slow.
