  • Ce smecherie ieftina. IBM NU va deschide niciodata un centru de cercetare. Politica IBM este sa cumprere produse si sa le promoveze/integreze sau sa le inchida. Poate ca a fost necesar sa-i tromboneasca pe cei de la Guvern sa primeasca proiecte guvernamentale gen: Narcis (SRI), supercomputing (BlueGene) MCTI, dosarul electronic al pacientului CNAS, etc
