Mosfet; Αυτό είναι εύκολο. Έχω "ανατινάξει" ολοκληρωμένο και πιο συγκεκριμένα το γνωστό ΤΕ LM324. Έσκασε και από μέσα πετάχτηκε στο αέρα το τσιπάκι. Το breadboard στο οποίο ήταν τοποθετημένο έλιωσε (ακόμα το έχω).

Φυσικά δε χρειάζεται να σου πω ότι ο κρότος ήταν εκκωφαντικός!

Υ.Γ. Βέβαια προσέχω και προσπαθώ να μην καταστρέφω τα εξαρτήματα που διαθέτω. Ο συγκεκριμένος πυκνωτής ήταν ήδη χαλασμένος και θα τον πετούσα.
