i was there the day he crashed, i saw him hit a bunch of snap rolls, then go into a flat spin in witch he never recoverd.. it seemed like an easy recovery for a excellent flyer like ian.. was there ever any result, that he maybe passed out for any medical reasons? i belive it was on a friday practice ft.lauderdale air and sea show.. on his birthday... and yes he will and is missed gratly, what a pilot!!

Went to a a lot of the airshows down here and he was one hell of a pilot. R.I.P. We always admired his skill.
