Cool song!! never noticed in all the years of listening to him, that his tremolo bar is on the other side of the guitar bridge than normal, until now!
Cool version of the song. Can't really hear the keyboards, but I kind of like that, I like that there is a rhythm guitar doubling the bass, nice different version
It"s just inconceivable what the world lost when he died. Twenty years of albums at this point wow. I know he would still be creating amazing music no doubt it!
Years ago, Hiram Bullock also played with the great Bob James, jazz pianist. I saw Hiram and Bob many many years ago in Cleveland at the old Front Row Theater.
His solo at around 2:06 is well beyond the capabilities of all other guitarists which have ever lived to play this instrument. The day SRV passed, the Rock/Blues genre lost its greatest protagonist ever. Rest in peace Stevie, to this day I still miss you very much...
@futuraman2112 no one really. i certainly don't call it by it's proper name all the time. but you told someone that it was a squelch, and for them to learn their guitar lingo...when it looks like you're the one who doesn't know theirs.
Today Is August, 27th, 2010... It Has Been Twenty Years Today!... Since Stevie, Eric Clapton's Manager and Body Guard All Perished In That Chopper Crash In The Early Hours Of That Day At Alpine Valley In Wisconsin!!.. I Am Still Crying On This Day Every Year And Everytime I Think About That Day!!.. I Will Never Forget!!.. May Stevie And All Of Them Rest In Peace!!!.. Music And Real Musician's As We Knew Them Died That Day!!.. And Changed For The Worse, I Think! Thankfully There Are A Few Left!!!
i almost punched someone in the face when they said "Stevie Ray Vaughan, whatever the hell that is." I recomended that they watched this video, and they understood
