  • Every morn and every night

Some are born to sweet delight

Some are born to endless night

    - WB

  • If I don't smoke, there's a pretty good chance that I don't have any tobacco. ...

  • top movie ever

  • questi suoni sono miei!!!!!!

  • My favorite film.

  • Why this song is not in the soundtrack? D:

  • Do you have Tabak?

  • Stupid white man

  • 1 man are still at the center of life :/

  • when you compare the roles from fear and loathing in las vegas and from dead man, you will see that he's a very great actor. He plays two totally different roles.

  • @TobiasSueess Not only Fear and Loathing and Dead Men, but also Edward Scissorshands (for which he studied Charlie Chaplin), the ninth gate and so many more...he is very outstanding. He considers Edward Scissorshands his best by the way and I would say so, too.

  • @MisterMorizon I haven´t watched Edward Scissorshands yet, but I´m going to watch the movie later. But I´m only 21, I have a lot of time to watch it.

  • @TobiasSueess Great choice Mister Morizon, You're going to love it - but take a tip from an old man; never put off anything in life because you 'have a lot of time'. Even if you live to 100 ( and may this be the case) you still do not have nearly enough time to do all the things you should. Be lucky!

  • @TobiasSueess I'm also 21 and I'm afraid of not to listen, see and read all the things I want. Hypocrates dixit: Ars longa vita brevis.

  • johnny deep is from my home town in kentucky

  • xebeche!!!!!

  • if u think that pirates is better than dead man then obviously u just watched this video to swoon over johnny depp

  • I heard that this music was made to this movie when they knew that it was going to be done. And then the movie was like made after how the music was. Johnny Depp looks very good in black and white!!! This movie does really emphasize his beauty. It's somehow like a tribute to him. <3

  • Not my favorite of Johnny but still a great movie . The music is wonderful and Johnny is just...hum... perfect. I saw it yesterday and first as i didn't know what to expect, I was a bit surprised by the style of the movie. But now I can say it's well done. Hum I love Johnny... It would be great to see him acting an indian. After all, he is cheerokee by his grand father I think...

    Ah Johnny ! <3

  • @b0ucl3d0or If you like the style, make sure to watch other films directed by Jim Jarmusch.

  • One stupid douchenozzle dislikes this.

  • one of the best soundtracks i ever heard - so deep - so powerful - just wunderful

  • 'Do you have any tobacco?'

    'No. I traded it'

    'For what?'

    '..I'm not telling'

    'Liar'

    'Thief'

    :D So cool

  • "Do you have any tobacco?"

    How cool is Nobody.

  • @renjack81 "do you know my poetry?"

    how cool is Blake too.

  • A Movie like Thunder...with Sounds that never will forget.

  • best movie ever i agree man, really strange how this movie went by without me noticing it so many years. its a trip and what a trip

  • Any one know how you can get a hold of this - its not part of the original soundtrack, but was released as an EP "Hold On Tight", I havent been able to find it anywhere!?

  • how is the song called on the cd?

  • @Franky04Finger Guitar Solo No. 5

  • best movie ever

do u got some tabacco ?

  • This film and rumble fish will always be my favs of all time, so much depth in both, but dead man is my fav, everytime i see it, i find something new

  • "Who do you came with?"

    "With Nobody"

"How did you get your hair so soft?"

"I don't know, it must be luck"

so funny, my favourite lines of this movie.

  • "SOMEBODY HERE ATE ALL OUR PORRIDGE!"

-- Stupid white man. William Blake, you go to them.

"I don't know those people, and they don't look very friendly. What if they kill me?

    -- Nobody will observe.

"And he tore her head off her body...

He took that golden hair, and made a SWEATER FOR BABY BEARS!"

    Billy Bob Thornton: That's terrible.

  • Who the Hell is the 1 person who doesn't like this?

  • I agree, This is his best movie, and Jarmush`s best movie too.

  • this film is really depressing

  • @ataEMMEata

The ancient tradition that the world will be consumed in fire at the end of six thousand years is true, as I have heard from Hell.

The whole creation will be consumed and appear infinite and holy, whereas it now appears finite and corrupt.

This will come to pass by an improvement of sensual enjoyment.

If the doors of perception were cleansed, every thing would appear to man as it is, infinite.

  • @sofiastef5

thanks I give you an empty box full of happiness

  • I person disliked this song. I guess he/she would have preferred Paris Hilton's singing on the soundtrack of one of the greatest westerns of all time.

  • Ich hab den Film (grüner Daumen)!!!

  • this is a fabulous movie

  • nobody stole my glasses....

  • A very special movie. Don't feel the same after watching it, that's what I call art.

  • Say all you like about Pirates of the Carribean, I think this was Johnny Depp's best movie :)

  • @Cocarat206 one of the best

  • @Cocarat206 Agree.

  • @Cocarat206 Not sure I would go that far but I definitely loved this movie. What's eating Gilbert Grape was just about my favorite role by Depp. I doubt 90% of his fans know about this movie.

  • @Cocarat206 how many movies of Johnny Depp you know?

you write them just to get a lot of thump up! -.-

  • @Cocarat206 YOU ARE SO RIGHT.

  • @Cocarat206 except from Wats to eat Gilbert Grape. And Niel - I belive - was peaking

  • @Cocarat206

I'ma have to check this out. For me, his best movie was "Public Enemy". I'm so not a Pirate's fan.

  • ''Are you William Blake?''

    ''yes''

    ''do you know my poetry?''

  • @Shan08rtts *bang! Lol

  • @Shan08rtts peng..

  • @Shan08rtts love that quote as well, but the way you put it makes it look like the bounty hunters asked johnny whether he knows their poetry.

  • @Shan08rtts no i don't know your poetry but i need some tobacco

  • @Shan08rtts William blake was a 33rd degree mason.... Study Rik Clay..... NEW WORLD ORDER.... 2012 London olymics 11/9/2012... BUSH KNOCKED DOWN THE TOWERS.....

  • @Shan08rtts do you have any tobacco?

  • Every night and every morn,

    Some to misery are born.

    Every morn and every night,

Some are born to sweet delight.

Some are born to sweet delight,

  • the hunt is on

  • "Stupid fucking white men"

  • Any of you guys got tobacco?

  • LOL Good one, but nah Depp and I finally gave it up.

  • "Nobody, I DONT smoke"

  • no...i dont smoke.

  • Actually the Doors got there name from "The Doors of Perception" by Aldous Huxley

  • yeah and he got the name from Blake, and you can see Blakes influence in a lot of other tracks etc some poster below mentions them

  • Reminds me of An American Prayer by the Doors.

  • The Doors (or at least Morrison) were definitely influenced by William Blake. Aside from the getting their name from the doors of perception passage in Blake's 'The Marriage of Heaven and Hell', Jim also used lines from 'Auguries of Innocence' in 'End of the Night'.

  • that weapon will replace your tongue!

  • what a great song the movie is awesome as well

  • A brilliant example of how the best films always end up cult classics. Definitely too cool for the masses.

  • good movie damn good movie

  • "Do you know my poetry?"
