If price fixing is happening, then penalties should be applied. However this is to encourage and protect the free market. When the gov. manages the market it encourages monopolies and greed. Medicare gave growth to insurance co., HMOs and the rise of big pharma. It ends face-to-face relationships, that's what 3rd parties do. They destroy the bonds people make because it manages from further and further away. Until people are no longer people, just profits and loss.

By "capitalism" I assume you mean monopoly capitalism. So, I would encourage you to study up on Frederick Bastiat and Milton Freedman. I think it would be worth your while to understand that Big Brother Government and Monopoly Capitalism are just two paths that lead to the same destination. Excellent video! Ron Paul certainly has proven himself to be of the same caliber as the other men quoted. I never thought I would have a hero in the flesh in my lifetime, and I am opposed to the concept of having heros, but I can tell you the temptation to have one is very strong with Ron Paul.

One thing to remember about Dr Paul. He attended Duke University and graduated in 1961. During this time, Ron Paul was not a part of a secret society on campus, hos time was spent on his education so as to serve all US citizens while other politicians used their time in university to network and take vows to destroy this nation and put our children and our future citizens in chains.
