Maybe it is one of the best nightcrawler fx on youtube but it does not mean that it has to be good at all. It's my opinion. Everyone has the right for their own. In my statement about the ''9 sec wasted''. The time is not important. It's just an sarcastic emphasis to express what I think of the video. if you're so technical, I have to point out that the video is 9 seconds long. Not 10.

@TelekineticPsi .I have the knowledge needed to recreate this effect but I won't do it because it takes a lot of time and for me it is not worth doing just to prove something to someone. Whether my effect would be better ? I cannot possibly answer that. Regardless I still have the right to judge. Now days people expect to get praises and credit even for very little. I'm a person who doesn't get pleased easily. You have the right for your opinion so I don't expect you to shut up.

the teleporting was good and the animation of the tail was beast but the tail shouldve matched the video a bit more try color correcting and try to make the reseloution of the tail exactly the same

Can anyone tell me a way to make the smoke, instead of used for teleportation like this, envelop a person? I want to make a "shadowy" villain for a summer project, where I'd portray the character, then later on add smoke all over him so he looks "shady," so to speak. Does anyone know how to do this?

You could sell this to a website like AETutsplus or what ever and get paid for the tutorial..people might copy you still but hey who cares when you make money from a few hours....i don't think andrew krammer cares, when probably counts all the "the bullet" effects on youtube and laughs because that how many DVD he SOLD (money in his pocket for a tutorial) just saying you could make a few bucks off of this tutorial and also quite a bit of subscribers. :)

For example just look at the youtube how much people shows Andrew Kramer's bullet effect - the exact copy with no idea...
