@ChelseaxLynnTM i would say Mals are more relaxed, but only because i know many hyper Huskies. Panzer was often rather hyper when he got excited in his youth. he's alot more calm now in his older age

@ChelseaxLynnTM malamutes are most likely more relaxed, cause they're slower dogs, but they need to walked A LOT or else they'll start doing stuff like digging holes in the yard and stuff, something my dog has started doing now. i had a dog that was 3/4 husky and malamute and he was always fired up except around night time

Oh he brings back memories. I used to babysit a malamute and she would talk to me like that. Like him she wasn't fat, just fluffy and could eat a burger in 5 seconds flat. I love it how he does that little burp before growling a second time. :)

He looks a bit overweight, hes got a big belly. Malamutes dont need that much food, they are extremely efficient animals. Give him a bit more exercise and less food and he will love you for it.

he actually gets a nice long walk everyday as well as some playtime in the backyard. doesn't eat THAT much either...

Panzer looks just like my Malamute, Nikita! They could be twins, well, close. What a beautiful dog, and he talks like mine. It is rare to hear Nikita bark, but she likes to "talk".

This is definitely a mal....a nice heavy one too. TerraFire, AH are not huskies mixed with malamutes, it's basically a husky mixed with anything! Whatever is lean and fast, they'll cross it with a husky, and WALA!...you have an alaskan husky...

Panzar is beautiful...you could never mix up a Huskies ears w/a Mallies if you're a dog devotionalist (tails are a give away too). How tall is he at the whithers? I know Mals don't have a max height so I'm always amazed at how big they can get. I saw one once that was the same size as a DeerHound.
