@bobfull you apparently don't know much about Hondas... The f22c is the s2k motor, the cb7 accord (1990-1993) uses the f22a.

@1993hondaaccord ur wrong the f20c is the s2k motor if not it wouldnt be called the s2k duhh its a 2 litre not 2.2 like the older accords, only they have the f22 and f23 in them so u dont know very much your self, learn ur shit before u start talking

@trdpower08 The JesussK8R guy was talking about the cb7 accord. The cb7 accord never had any motor but the f22a. The f23 motor was used in the sixth gen accords like the one in the video... The f20c was the first s2k motor, the f22c replaced the f20c later on. The f22c were noticeably faster then the f20c s2ks. Just to clear it up, the f22a and b motors were accord powerplants. Any f series motor that ends with a c was a dohc vtec setup and was used in the s2000.

@1993hondaaccord ok then lets forget the cb7, the f22 is the motor in the older accords cause htey are sohc, the f23 is also sohc but its out of the 6th gen as u said, the f20b is the motor in the accord euro R and the f20c is currently the motor in the s2k still.

Srs = Nd to change passenger seat(many accord have this problem)

Abs = i removed the fuse cuz i hate ABS :)

So the only problem is the seat and i wont pay 1000$ ++ (it have an airbag in it) just to remove the little SRS light ;)

I am about to pass 200,000 on mine. It can do 80 on the highway all day long then sit in traffic if it has to. Never overheats, runs like a champ. Love my 1999 Accord.

the f23a actualy has two stages, 1 at 4000rpm and at 5500, which is also why you dont hear it, iv got a f23a and the first stage i realy feel but only makes a deeper tone and the 2nd cracks on like a twin cam but a very mild change... get the cam re-ground... makes big difference.

vtech kicks in about 3500rpms he has it stalled over 4000rpms the whole time. thats why you cant hear it

Well, its really rare that u hear the Vtec crossover in SOHC accord engine because the Vtec rly suck in this version , but yes it got Vtec (Engine code: F23a1)

Before i had an exhaust and there was a little lost of low end torque but now im back to stock exhaust( with the megan racing header and test pipe) and its not really a big difference(i got pulled over by a cop :( )
