Gran Tourismo doesnt have damage effects in it and its still a good game. so its not a bad game, gameplay is rock solid, graphics are lush and smooth, sound effects are great (best sounding RX8 ever in a game)

I could record the same car with my camera running into a wall (360 version) and you'll see a lot more damage to the front end, And this is with the Damage setting on "Visual Only" I can do a video response of it if anyone wants to see.

I think that if you really take a 1 ton machine made of metal and crash it into a wall at 120, the wall will be gone, the driver will look like hes a chew toy, and the car wont have a front end anymore... so that aint realistic crash physics at all pal. the wall should be in the audience bleechers along with the driver.
