Saw Benny in person in 1974 and 1975, Slam Stewart was on bass, as
he was on some of the 1945 sides. What an evening! A real surprise
was Benny doing "Handful of Keys" with the sextet. I hadn't heard that
for years since I heard the old Victor record with the quartet.

This has always been one my favorite BG numbers. Have you ever heard it played better? Thanks for this Goodman contribution...he was the undisputed master of jazz clarinet. There are not many who equal him today.
