  • played this in 2nd grade on the TV at school during free time! XD It was fun (and a little bit scary lol) The aliens freaked the hell outta me they'd just pop up!

  • This game didn't make sense to me. I mean, you fly around like you do in Star Fox and then you go to these floating temples in space to solve puzzles and fight monsters. I only got to the Egyptian temple.

  • When I had a CD-i, this was the only game we had. It was so confusing and difficult to control that I wonder why we even bothered. I'd give anything to give this another go, or at least see a complete playthrough of it.

  • It's great. You're playing like we did when we first got on that level. It was the first time I had to get used to that inversion of the Y axis and I said, screw this and started moving from left to right at the top of the screen.

  • Aaaaaah..... this game takes me back.

  • holy """ you didn't even have to move in the second round after you first died. if you even tried to avoid the junk, you would have died. I mean you just kept the ship stationary and it you dodged everything..hmm great hint, thanks!

    Holy Sh*t!

    It's Mecha-Wookiee!!

  • weird game and although its very unlikely it would be a good budget game on the ds remade with the game using the touch screen extensively for controlling the spaceship, the puzzles and maybe even the mazes using a touch screen . tentative title kether unleashed.

  • This is one of the games I picked up cheap for my second-hand CDi. Most confusing game I've ever played.

In English, and I still don't know what the hell is going on.

  • The CDI wasn't exactly a great console, but there were some pretty nice launch titles despite those 4 lame Nintendo games. In my opinion, these were the top 5 best I owned.

    1: "Burn:Cycle"

    2: "Jigsaw"

    3: "Laser Lords"

    4: "Tetris"

5: a Eugene Levy-made game called, "The Wacky World of Miniature golf"

  • they weren't Nintendo games; they were Nintendo licenses, but Nintendo had nothing to do with the game development nor the publishing efforts.

  • I see. well, that explains why they were so bad. lol

  • too true. poor cd-i focused on the wrong games, too many low quality FMV games.

for those that don't know, Philips was working with Nintendo on a CD based Nintendo system, but it got scrapped. In the terms for breaking the contract, they let Philips use some licenses.

  • I got a CDi from the Goodwill for $15 several years ago, with the video cartridge already in it. Worked perfect. I love collecting failed consoles. In a way, I love playing them more than popular ones. But that thing was literally a behemoth!!! I ended up selling it later but I wished I hadn't. Had a lot of games too.

Recently found a really small compact Magnavox CDi at a thrift store for $6!!! Can't wait for my AC adapter to come in the mail (hope it works!)

  • Planet Kether looks like Earth, but it's green only... lool

  • ah memories... did manage to finish it when i was 9, but flying the bastard wasn't easy with that thumb-stick piece of crap controller!

  • Oh and ffs learn to fly, or at least avoid the meteors (wincing)

  • And that planet Kether was.. EARTH!

You maniacs! You blew it up!! (sobs uncontrollably)

    Emporer of light will speak!

    Ah, memories!

  • As long as you kept going into the healing chambers with all the good spirits, there was no excuse for dying.

  • hahaha, I remember this game. The best part was the maze levels with those hoohaw guys who bit you. The game got pretty hard though!

  • TELLY-PORT TO DOME OF VISIONS
