step by step patch : first, download second link in video description, then unzip it. after that, unzip "PES 2011 Patch 1.3.part1" and then go tofolder called "Prerequisites Folder",and install net.framework4.0 (its in this folder and you need it for this patch), ten click "PES 2011 R46 Patch Setup" and install patch in directory where you installed org pes2011. go to reboot your pc because of net.framework..
@LiveMixProgressive now you can play game. go to create any save for that patched game, after that go to your documents and copy your save game stuffz to folder called "R46 Evolution Soccer 2011" and you can succesfully continue to play your career or whatever you have played on original pes2011.
