Hi,i wanted say congrats! i just got sleeved,its been 2 weeks and im having a hard time getting in the protein.you said you get yours from the protein bullets.i live in canada and i cant find it anywhere,i guess its a US thing.would you tell me where you get it? thanks
Gongrats on the success! amazing. Careful with the protein bullets. Most use a near useless quality of protein. Collagen protein is terrible vs whey or most others. Remember most people cannot take in 40+ g of protein at a time. Best to take in the usual 26ish.
