@ZorexPowershard yes. you can make it so your taskbar is not visible, period. you can also add a start menu button to your dock, so that you can still access the start menu as if the taskbar were still there.

BUT, in windows you can autohide the taskbar by right clicking on it and going to options, though objectdock is real clean and nice to have :D. especially the tabs!!!

can you put animate4d icons? because i tried rocketdock.. after i install (put) all the animated icons.. then i restart or log off my computer the shortcuts just disappear.. then i need to do it every time my computer starts.. thats kinda annoying..

i have windows xp sp2 btw and also it won't let me record my windows theme either which i applied with windowsblind 6.3.. programmes i used are hypercam(which froze and won't even start if i install it) and total recorder atm, so any ideas?? :(

ObjectDock is free either supports less languages and have more options but it shows warnings about upgrading to plus

ObjectDock Plus requires money, but it allows multiple docks and tabbed docks

About why I have added a video answer:

I developed Caravelle³ to be less resource hungry than all these docks and quicklaunchbars. So good for weaker systems.

It also provides a stunning ergonomy in the dialogs. But still, of course, if you don't care about RAM, ObjectDock is the best thing out there! :D

I tried both objectdock and launchy but found it not that flexible. See my video to learn how to make your own sidebar for xp. Takes you maybe 5 to 10 minutes and you will have it just the way you want without having to download another program.
