bbc, cnbc is a captive media of financial institutions...and liberals suck their dick...you lost all the money cos of nbc,cnbc...they knew what was happening but they did not inform you...fox might be arrogant but not deceptive as nbc, cnbc
when in the world will americans realise the "tax cuts" were for wealthy americans. Cutting those tax cuts wont devastate "regular" americans, regular americans dont make the kind of money to even be affected by them. if you take the tax cuts away from the wealthy americans and give them to real middle class people they will spend the money... wealthy people just keep it in their pockets. Anyway you did a good job on that one and i will keep an eye out for your book
It's not socialism, it's facism....the merger of state and corporate powers. We are a fascist country now and will be as long as big business runs the government and oil barons are in the white house. Our democracy is broken, and if we don't shake our cage and make a lot of noise and force it to be repaired now it will only get worse.
Also- the "Bush Tax cuts" that McCain opposed and now supports should be called "tax transfers". They shouldn't be called tax cuts, unless less tax will actually be paid. In fact, the result will be that future taxpayers will pay the unpaid tax in addition to the financing costs of the unpaid tax. The Bush tax strategy did not result in smaller government- but larger. We debt financed a war in Asia before and it turned out badly that time, why would this time be any different?
We are "whiners" when we lose our jobs and houses simultaneously. We're "socialists" when we ask for government help.
Yet, when big business makes bad decisions and bad investments, the Republicans don't call them "whiners". No, Republicans step up and sign over $30 billion checks. That is socialism, except we take all of the risk and none of the profits. Either way, it's not capitalism and it's not a free market.
In a real free market we would get something for our billions.
Gramm's comment represent conservative dogma at its worst: The free market is flawless and government solutions are always bad, except when the government cuts taxes and deregulates industry.
Was David debating both of them simultaneously? I love it how the Republican lady failed to deal with David's points and attempted to laugh them off (after contradicting herself, of course). The talking over David Sirota was, of course, totally predictable. FOX doesn't have debates, they have shoutfests.
It's interesting that Conservatives love to interrupt, laugh condescendingly and argue over someone else's statements... I assume that it's to not let the Progressives tell the very simple truths, that if stated w/out the koolaid drinker's noise... would be so apparent that the apathetic American public will agree immediately and wholeheartedly.
Went to fox and managed to scathe away with out looking like a bumbling bafoon, who is misrepresented to make the democrats look like the mentally challenged.
wow she is a moron. First she says McCain wanted to do the exact same thing as Bush and then when he calls her out on it she says "I never said that"
hahah how does one even respond to such morons?
Also, anyone watching this who didnt get the feeling that the host was pulling for McCain?
Another act of being "Fair and Balanced" eh Fox?

Our government is responsible for the attacks on 9/11.
Our economy is collapsing to make way for the fall of the dollar.
I can smell a cashless society! *sniff sniff*

I wonder which sponsor had an important announcement with which to interrupt programming.

I doubt this is true. TV is very specific about time breaks for commercials.
