i cant think of one band that i like more than hoobastank. no matter what album of song i hear i love them. I would say that the reason is actually one of their worst songs. they really need to play hoobastank on the radio.

It really depends on what you mean by that.

It'd be great if they become mainstream WITHOUT changing their sound.

Changing your sound to something closer to pop makes you mainstream, but being mainstream does not change your sound at all.
