@812jv @nikolicaprikolica88 he's got good shoulders and arms, but i wouldn't say he has a fantastic chest.. so I agree with jv on this one, he'd do better with good form

Ok the push ups he was doing are easier than normal push ups hes not lifting the dumbells correctly and hes not even dropping the bar to his chest FAIL!
