  • is it okay to use singlewall outside would be cheaper

  • @mrv8s10 I would check what the building codes are in your area first. The problem with single wall pipe is that it does not hold up as good as stainless steel pipe.

  • the pipe that going up, must be taller than the house?

  • @elvisrata The chimney must be three feet from the roof line to the top of the chimney and must be two feet taller than anything within ten feet of the chimney

  • This is what I want to do in my garage. Im taking out a 2'x2' window and doing same thing. I was planning on some double or triple wall pipe mabye 2' long through window for saftey to combustables. What is the pupose of the T instaed of an elbow going up outside? Also wondered how it all worked for you. Thanks for your video

  • @crappiekeeper I installed the T pipe to clean the chimney out. The set up on the chimney worked great. Thank you for the comment

  • what kind of pipe did you use?

  • @krupter The black pipe I used a single wall 24 gauge pipe and the pipe going through the wall I used a solid pack class A chimeny pipe with a 8 inch inside diameter
