The problem I saw with a lot of these out fits is they take a young fellow with very little experience stick him in a truck and send him off.. Thats why if you ever see a group of them they allways have at least one boss in a pick up truck running herd on the group.. I have spoke to a few at rigs and they told me all the training they got was driving aound the small hills near Cochrane Ab. I say they need a better mentoring programme and at least half of these incidents may have been avoided..

Honestly, these guys all work their asses off and get hardly enough sleep to do some of the shit they have to do and drive in some of the places they have to drive, lets see anyone with no experiance at all drivning and hauling frac and cementing or any rig work do what these guys can do at their TRUE some one who just stands by and watches and has never done it has no room to insult or talk! :P :)
This video is obviously biased but there are just as many images of Calfrac units wrecked on the net, in fact there is a photo of a Calfrac fracking unit completely upside down. The oil flield is just as unkind to Calfrac as it is to BJ Well Services and all the other major players.
