yeah, i got my chains done, thanks god they almost blew lol my tentioner was stuck and i pushed it in to getit unstuck and it jummped! (i got 250xxxKMS) i got new plugs, new dog bone mount ( and both engine mounts) i have a shanke (assuming rear controle arm bushings) but last resort is my coil pack!! i guarentee you its the coil pack, plugs or plug wires! and possibly chains. i spent too much $ into mine but, its one sweet car :)
thxs for your reply, i appreciate it. i only change the plugs so far, i had a misfire on cylinder 1 2 and 6, codes were reading bad injectors so i did all 3 but still get the misfire on 6 only and its getting worse, my next attempt is the wires than the coil ( cheap to most expensive ) hope i dont have to change the engine, which is what the mechanic is saying, btw mine has 163xxx miles eqv to 262xxx kms almost like yours, this car is fun and good looking, wont give up on her.
Hey im having the exact same prob... Dame sound at the exaust... Cylinder misfire... And too much gas into the engine... U can smell it too.. I have a 2000 vr6 five speed... Let me know what u can find... Ill help if i learn anything

cheapest coil i could find was $400 bucks and 100 bucks for the cheapest wires :(
