Excellent plan, Ninten. Other than the fact that you forgot to take gravity into account. Duct tape will not adhere to cloud vapor. In light of this knowledge, I suggest another course of action. As matter cannot be created or destroyed, there is no way to eliminate water or rain.

...But we CAN put it on a flying truck and send it to the moon! We need money for that too, though. Obviously Martha Stewart is still the only answer, so the complimenting goes on!
