my favourite song of that record! (y lo compré pagando por unas 700 pesetas, como la portada del video, jeje). I won't forget that the day I bought this record I also bought "I'm still in love with you" (Al Green), what a pair!!
Just like Shoo Be Doo be Do Da Day was his introduction of the Clavinet, and the forerunner of Supersitition, this marked his introduction of the Fender Rhodes, and the forerunner to You Are the Sunshine, Superwoman, etc. The gradual transition to his own sound was so interesting.
@johnniewalker23 you have some great posts on here. how long have you been a Wonder Fan.? I thought I knew everything there is to know about his music. You always show me something new. thanks for the posts. keep it up!!!
@JamesWhistleJr I've really only been a true Stevie fan for about 4 years now. I grew up in the 80's, so all I knew about was I Just Called...which isn't bad, but not Stevie. Then they did Stevie Wonder week on American Idol, and I decided to go check out more of his older work. That's when I learned he's been performing since he was a child. I created this page to share with people, who like me, might not have known much about him. Thanks for the comment....and Happy 60th Birthday Stevie!
I LOVE THIS SONG!! ITS TRULY TIMELESS!!

I have been a Stevie Wonder fan since before I was born. He has perfect pitch. He doesn't sing high like this anymore!

@BigBlueBeast Not as high anymore, but he's still got great range and his upper register still sounds incredible.
