It's likely not a glitch, actually. In MGS3, You had to pause the game for a few seconds if it looks like ur gonna puke, else the nausea would overcome him and he would puke. They tell you about it in game.

You can also shake the camera controls in the medicine menu to induce vomiting. (which cures food poisoning, btw) Kojima always does shit like that to break the 4th wall. It's what's so awesome about his work. :~D

@johnvip123 it induces the scream emotion in the game they'res laugh (yellow) rage (orange) cry (blue) and scream (green) you can buy specefic rounds of those emotions in drebins shop after you beat the game once and the red skull/ solidus facecamo induces the scream emotion hint: the emtions resemble 4 unique bosses in the game :P

I know someone may have said it lol but didn't Big Boss's right eye get shot? I think they made the mistake when Solid Snake was given the eye patch at the start and they put it on his left eye and when creating the Big Boss corpse camo they forgot to change the eyes around so that the right eye is missing instead of the left eye :) That's what I think anyway lol
