i have a pala a lock a druid and a rogue and i want to have another 85 a bit tired of those what is better hunter or warior? i like both but i think wariors area bit dependent on rage and hunters looks like to be 100% lose vs rogue or druid feral... can anyone suggest something?
i just dont understand , am i the only hunter that finds ROGUES by far the hardest class to beat? with all of my 85s its the ONE class im clueless how to beat...they have more stuns than any other class, stealth, shadowstep, ambush, more and more crap, disarm, smoke bomb, shadowstep each time u disengage... and if it looks like u might kill them off, they just vanish, heal up and repeat procedure... and as mm hunter only heal we have is from chimera shot... i just dont get how other hunters win
@ohmyarmisgone2 Dude thats what hunters WANTS the warr to do :D cuz u can scatter in to a ice trap pop everthing and go on him HARD if he trinkets just use masters call monkey stun/web pop cds and go on him HARD if he bladestorms disengage snake trap (u will still have masters call up) and go for him HARD try to countet that ;) hunter always get opener if the hunter knows what he is doing

@Stanko418 if im not mistaking you did say "used to" which generally means your referring to past tense so my guess is you "used to" own hunters easily back when everything was smooth for a warrior and back when hunters had mana?
best thing u can do is to save Bladestorm when a hunter uses deterence and traps u with frost trap... then u will be immune to snare effects and such.

Also you CAN target the hunter when they are in camo if you get close just not attack them. So you get close and do any damaging aoe and it will pull them out of their camo and allow you to get the opener on them. I do this all the time in arenas and it pisses them off! Have fun!
LOL Mages can't beat hunters?!?! They must be fail! I have played an Arc/ Frost Mage for pvp all cata and never had a problem! I am now trying fire and it seems to be fine against hunters and I'm not even that experienced with it yet! For frost you just keep them snared and stay within melee range so they cant hit you. With Arc you hit WAY harder than them and there is a One Shot macro I have come up with for Arc that can kill a Disc Priest with a 40k shield on as long as they are at 60% health!
@skatelikeapr0 well that was the scenario for me 1vs1...thas was the only melee class i had trouble with. but yeah in arena matches its was easy to kill them
man...i stop playing a hunter just before cata came out. killing a warrior was hard work..but casters would not last 10 sec with me ans i was survival :)

Wanna make a bet Warriors, DK's are nothing the only classes i have trouble with in my 2v2 team ( in 2000 rated battles) are feral cats and SOME rouges other wise priets warlocks all easy for this beast

Hurray, you were able to beat a hunter who opens with scatter or monkey stun even though he's already stealthed, can't switch aspects properly, and disengages into pillars and corners (A corner he decides to stay in because he's in Hawk and wants to Steady Shot -_-)

Yes hunters can stealth but it's no where near as effective as rogues! I tend to use it near the flag but from a distance, it gives a predator kind of glow (predator fans will know the one). Rogues are still OP and a pain in my @ss

@IncospicousJoe Not quite, what camo does is makes us unable to be hit by ranged attacks, and if we stand still we stealth. If we move we can be seen as a hunter-shaped blur. Getting hit by a melee attack or attacking the enemy brings us out of camo, all it really does is allow us to lay traps and get in position to use Aimed Shot. Stealth hasn't become a core hunter mechanic like it is for rouges. So fear not, rogues are still the masters of WoW stealth :)

if ur a nightelf warrior , i have a trick when u charge or interpect, use the stealth racial mid charge this will make ur opponent lose as a target for atleast 2 secons

What you can do as a warrior against a hunter in heroic leap into battle and it will bring them out of camo and you can get the opener. :)

@IncospicousJoe Not quite, what camo does is makes us unable to be hit by ranged attacks, and if we stand still we stealth. If we move we can be seen as a hunter-shaped blur. Getting hit by a melee attack or attacking the enemy brings us out of camo, all it really does is allow us to lay traps and get in position to use Aimed Shot. Stealth hasn't become a core hunter mechanic like it is for rouges. So fear not, rogues are still the masters of WoW stealth :)

if ur a nightelf warrior , i have a trick when u charge or interpect, use the stealth racial mid charge this will make ur opponent lose as a target for atleast 2 secons
