YOUR CARD IS NOT MESSED UP.. i have a dslr camera and i had the same problem with my memory card .."to format it" you just move the little lever (it might be yellow) on the side of the card and move to the opposite direction.. For example, Like if its down you pull it up.. it sounds retarted but it will work...TRUST! =D your memory card is just locked

I actually did the raw diet too :) and theres this really good desert book for it.

its called "Kristen suzannes easy raw vegan desserts" you should check it out. its' really nice. and for salad dressing ideas I just took an avacado and smashed it. mixed it with olive oil and seasoning.. its great to eat with just raw vegetables when using it as a dip :)

@ChoiceVlog If u format it it deletes everything. Its most likely repeating the same message because everything was deleted or because ur memory card is damaged from being burnt. They get burnt sometimes. Check the end part (where the metal is) and see if it looks scratched or discolored. If it is take it out and leave it alone before everything is deleted if it isnt already gone. Go to a professional of Geek Squad at BestBuy and they'll take ur damaged card and transfer the data onto ur new one

Your memory card failed, because it was never formatted, since you pressed format everything on that memory card is deleted and theres no way retrieving it , im sorry but if you get a new memory card after every time you upload your photos from your memory card to the computer format your card because it cleans it otherwise this exact things is gonna happen again.

Either the card is locked or like the other viewers. Re-format the card on another system and then try it again on the Cam. I would be afraid to use Mac as the format may not be recognized by the camera in which may be using a version of FAT. I would re-format with a Windows system as first preference.

first clean the copper ends of your card with a not too sharp metal and then try to format it

@ChoiceVlog is it a genuine SD Card from a reputable manufacturer like SanDisk? I find that this happens a lot with a lower end cards. Even though it says 16G, once you start to approach that amount, the video quality starts to suffer and you'll often get parts that freeze. Try formatting your card on your PC instead of your vidcam. If you want to check out a good RAW Channel - check out Dan McDonald - user/liferegenerator - he has really good RAW recipes on YouTube.

@xxflorence18 Well the raw diet is usually used to cleanse your body of toxins and impurities. To really get the full benefits of the diet you would want to try and get all your nutrients from actual food. If you don't feel comfortable without taking supplements than by all means you should take them. Everyone responds differently so you should just make sure you do you. While you do lose weight from this diet that is not the main goal. Please research it before you begin anything.

Good luck with your raw diet! One of my old coworkers was doing it for a while and told me all about it. Being vegetarian is hard enough for me, so I'll just stick to that for now. :p Though going raw does sound amazing, and that isn't to say I wouldn't eat raw snacks or meals. If you're ever in NYC check out One Lucky Duck or Pure Food And Wine. They're apparently awesome raw restaurants.

The memory card problem could be that it's locked... So looking at the actual memory card there should be a slidey thing on the side... Try sliding it up or down and see if that makes a difference... Yeah, I fail at explaining things...
