Also just to Share! Comcast has By far the worst customer service & most Unstable bill known to man. 1 month my bill was 120 the next 180. next 150. i signed up for all 3 @ 99.00 a month

The wii has games that can be just as fun or more so then games like halo or cod4, without needing superior nextgen technology. It's cheaper, and offers very intuitive gameplay; it's a console that a whole family can easily enjoy together.
But they've also got games out and in development for the non-casual gamer. So it's not abandoning those who prefer that.

depends on what you signed up for,(phone sevice, cable, internet, longevity of contact, issues with sevices exc.)
we are on a monthly based contract and it was only a $30 termination fee.(atleast in georiga)
