Turns out he, Kim Jongin, is a trainee for a group that was supposed to debut called M1 and he was also a friend of Taemin's. It's ironic since they look alike here but of course I'd know as well because I've seen SHINee's faces for 3 years and it's not hard to spot them a mile away.
