My english isn't very good, but I try to show the idea:
"Al principio es más fácil":
In the beginnig is more easy (easiest?)
"lo mismo pasa con el cancer"
is the same with cancer
"Detéctalo a tiempo"
Detect it on time.
Si alguien tiene una mejor traducción, que la ponga...
