Hammerhead Beach is a beta name for Treasure Trove Cove since that, in a Nintendo Power magazine, they showed Hamerhead Beach but in fact, it IS Treasure Trove Cove. Btw, Banjo-Tooie's level are almost from the beta of Kazooie, wich is pretty funny (at least for me lol). I love the fact that my favorite DK64 level was suposed to be in B-K! I love those games so much! I still play them sometimes even nowadays.
@weegeeluv3r There used to be a downloadable MP3 for it on Rare's website but unfortunately I think everything Banjo related has been scrapped from the site by Rare's new owners. If it's been removed you might have to search for Mumbo's Raindance here on Youtube and hope someone has an MP3, otherwise find a "Youtube to MP3 Converter" on Google. Hope that helps!
Anyone know the song played through out the majority of this incredible video? Anyone? I would love to know what it is. And also maybe the one at the end of the video during the credits. Anyone know that one two?
@helltbrother2 It's the song "Advent" from Project Dream, it was somehow left deep within Banjo-Kazooie's coding. The other one is another song left in the game entitled "Raindance" which may have been the beta tune for Mumbo's Transformations
so, if the game could have been completed as predetermined, would have been worse than it is now? wow, thanks for your video, I thought that with mt fire eyes, hammerhead beach, forest fungus, witchyworld, and glitter gulch mine, the game could have been better, but not so. 5/5 stars
@XxXkeeplookinupXxX considering the technology Rare has access to now it would be nice to see it, unfortunately it won't live up to expectations without the original team...
There were a few little things wrong in the video but what you said at 1:57 was something I never thought of, maybe that is the Giant's Lair behind Spiral Mountain (which BTW seems to still have a bridge that fits into the beta brick theme.)
Very informative, and is possibly the exact information that Rare isn't giving us. Great job! You deserve more subscribers, so I will click this yellow button! :D
it's videos like these that deserve views, ratings, and praise for it's mightiness. not videos like the fred series, those are just anoying. I hope your goal in making this was to inform people, and make someone want to subscribe, cause both those things happened to me when watching this 5/5
your information so far is 100% correct i like how you didnt confuse mt.fire eyes with giants lair and how you stated hammer head beach might have been a beta name good job
I'm not 100% sure which pictures are fake or not (if any I'd say the concept art) but all the information should be fairly accurate. Also with 2:07 it might be a moon jump code OR the fact that at one point Banjo could automatically fly without using the flight pad. You may be right though, nice find!
CLOSE! it turned into 3 worlds- Fungi forest in DK64, and CCW and CC in BK. There is an E3 video of Fungus Forest showing a whale named clanker- who was living. Also, FF had a day/night system. The code to open up the gate to the BGS picture by CC involves "once it shone brightly", but I forgot the details. Here's how it would've worked: You could find the FF puzzle where the CCW puzzle is today- it still has the fungus in the room if you don't believe me. You could reach it from the (cont.)
(cont.)puzzle OR the modern entrance- puzzle for day, or normal entrance for night. Other than the puzzle placement, where does CCW fit into this you may ask? Look at the CCW world entrance. It's covered in, say it with me, FUNGUS! since CCW wouldn't have existed, it's world entry point would have been used to enter FF. As for the location of the BGS picture originally, I'll have to fill you in on something. In Beta, you could fly anywhere. Now where's the best place for it around the (cont.)
GREAT information and video. However, in order to receive more views, I would highly suggest changing the title name to include the text "Banjo-Kazooie" in it. It was by luck I found this.
fantastic little theory video. It is a Shame that the Fungi Forest was not in the original Banjo Kazooie, but in DK64, it allways stood out and just recently I found out it was blueprinted for BK. Aside from that, I didnt know about any of the other things that you had in this video, very informative, even if it is only theories.
I was originally going to put up part 2 about a week or so after the first, but with horrible audio sync, video capture, and amount of school work I've been holding it off. Lately I figured "screw audio sync", so don't be surprised if the audio is slow in the next video (hopefully I'll finish it by the end of January)
I miss Banjo... I HATE YOU BILL GATES!!!! (Leader of Microsoft)

Damn, I wish this game was launched the way the Rare team wanted... T.T
The final game is awesome of course, but Dream looked pretty epic.

I think they can make it now, but with Banjo and Kazooie as main characters.

@shadowspower : Piccolo as in a small flute, as in Tootie's instrument in the opening of B-K, but I'm sure you all picked that out. :3
