I like to chant the names of the hindu god's with Christ in my heart. "Hanuman and christ are the same" - Neem Karoli Baba (Ram Dass and Bhagavan Dass's guru)
@LittleMegha Hello, The book be here now is not by Bhagavan Das - it's by Ram Das aka Dr. Richard Alpert. The two did meet during Richard Alpert's first trip to India, and they both hung with Maharaji (Neem Karoli Baba).
Every now and then, for 4 years now.. i keep googling this track. Usually when things are tough. I buy a sixpack, kick back, put the stereo on full -- with Shiva! It clears the air, and the next day i can reset my brain and keep on going. What can i say... Om namah shivaya!
The first pic looks like Nataraj Blotter. It is Lord Shiva that is the Deity presiding over Consciousness expansion. Maheshvara Shiva has a garden full of psychoactive plants, which act as medicine to the Psyche. Some take aspirin for headaches and some consume Teacher Plants & Entheogens for spiritual ailments. Lord Shiva is the experience of the Death of the Ego that leads to the evolution of Consciousness. VICTORY TO THE SUPREME LORD SHIVA! May each of us be liberated through wisdom! Siva!
Well spoken. Those blotters are standard strenght LSD. They are called "dancing shiva", or just "shiva" for short, and are the most common type of blotter around where i live. Namasté.
@naturesoracle Labeling Lord Shiv as some sort of drug god might not be the best. Yes, Shiv breaks barriers no matter what, using whatever means he will -- but we should show some respect.
For sure. Drugs are not necessary. My favourite way of showing reverence to Lord Shiva is to shoot at empty soda cans with a BB gun. Creation, sustenance and destruction. Boom Shankar!
