@ummmj hah no... there are 2 muscle fibers however you can work your muscles 3 diffrent ways and the third i assume you are thinking of is static strength.
@Vippe101 type 1 red mucle fibers slow twitch, type IIa pink muscle fibers faster than type 1 yet less endurance, and type IIb white muscle fibers fast twitch loaded with the most glycogen with the least endurance. Congratulations muscle fiber types have just been broken down for you.

hey man congrats on basically everything you've done. Been an inspiration since I started watching your videos, I'm slowly making gains and your videos motivate me to stick with a good clean diet.
But you know, I think you'd look a lot leaner if you cut a little. How I do this, is I run to a pretty good intensity (for me its about a mile), then I immediately go into light muscle training with high intensity; like pushups, situps, and pullups. Doing this for about up to an hour, and I sweat everywhere uncontrollably, even though its starting to get difficult for me to even break a sweat otherwise.
For bulking, I'm going to be doing a lot of powerlifting and proper eating.
He fucking competes and wins you sped, so he must be doing something right. Why don't you dassel us with your bodybuilding achievements if you can pry yourself away from WoW for 5 minutes.

I home gym'd it for a long time, I could always go way more intense, but I didn't have the room or the equipment (curl bar, straight bar, 25 lb dumbells). Also, I don't know if I could have kept up my training this long without a gym(4 years)

Great home gym, what made you not want to get a gym membership instead, I mean I know that payments on home gym equipment is just like a gym payment except that you eventually will get to keep the equipment, but, there is nothing like the gym atmosphere, and, the equipment at the gym is real sturdy. great tips, i always tend to hit my rear delts way to much when doing rowing movements put i corrected my posture after watching this video. you can watch 100 videos on back workouts yet your the only one who adds that little bit of advice that makes all the difference

Hello,
My name is Dan Lewis, i am 16 years old and i weigh 68kg. Over the past year i have picked up a nasty knee injury, and had to have surgery in the past month meaning that i can no longer do cardio and leg training at the gym. I would love a gym plan and nutritional diet plan that could help Me try and lose body fat and gain more muscle . But you know, I think you'd look a lot leaner if you cut a little. How I do this, is I run to a pretty good intensity (for me its about a mile), then I immediately go into light muscle training with high intensity; like pushups, situps, and pullups. Doing this for about up to an hour, and I sweat everywhere uncontrollably, even though its starting to get difficult for me to even break a sweat otherwise.
For bulking, I'm going to be doing a lot of powerlifting and proper eating.

I home gym'd it for a long time, I could always go way more intense, but I didn't have the room or the equipment (curl bar, straight bar, 25 lb dumbells). Also, I don't know if I could have kept up my training this long without a gym(4 years)

Wow. Great home gym, what made you not want to get a gym membership instead, I mean I know that payments on home gym equipment is just like a gym payment except that you eventually will get to keep the equipment, but, there is nothing like the gym atmosphere, and, the equipment at the gym is real sturdy. Again, I am amazed at the results you built in your home gym, didn't know it could be done there.

hey bro, just going through most of your vids, man u deffinatly have a big future ahead of you literally. one thing i noticed is one arm row, head needs to be down, gives you a neutural spine once the head comes up thats when nevers get pinched. but again its akk about what work for you, figured id throw that in. peace

great tips, i always tend to hit my rear delts way to much when doing rowing movements put i corrected my posture after watching this video. you can watch 100 videos on back workouts yet your the only one who adds that little bit of advice that makes all the difference
