This dance is neither the same as anything else nor is it considered new as at the time of this video it had already been in game for over a year.

That dance was implemented PreLK when they make the 2008 BlizzCon Murloc.

It looks exactly the same as this Murloc suit, except the flag says BLIZZ con on it.
