for everyone saying this isn't a speed run -- if it's not, then what is? he's doing everything in the game as quickly as possible and is exploiting the few things he can, such as that early jump into the window. most speed runs on older systems are game-breaking, and that's what makes them so fast. but this doesn't have too much to break, so it really is, as one person put it "just playing the game smart". that doesn't mean it's not a speed run.

In oot and mm, rolling was slightly faster than running, and then decent sidehopping then backwalking.

Sidehopping was only faster than backwalking if it was timed perfectly. The hover boots made everything slightly faster, but not even enough to make up for the time it takes to equip them.

In WW, rolling is faster, period.

Is this the first Zelda game where rolling actually made a difference in your speed? If I remember right, in OOT you had to have the hover boots on to make a speed difference (which made it crazy hard to change direction successfully) and obviously in MM there were no hover boots.

@itsdavideo Actually in both OoT & MM have the same engine, so back-walking and sidehopping are faster than hover boots in OoT. But WW doesn't do that, so people roll.

@xXXYoshiRockzXXx I've done many speedran parts of the game mainly the dungeons bosses and a tips here and there I also understand this is the hardest part being the begining I've also speedran TP, MM, OoT, LttP, and 4S so... I feel I should be able to say whatever I want about his speedrun whether you like it or not.

@ShadowJay11 This game is just being ass with cut-scene and control. Twilight Princess, on other side, is complete oppose and allowed you to cut anything you choice, except for some certain cutscene.

I find this mission harder than the oot an d majoras masks version of this (gerudo and pirates) becasue on mm you just use the stone mask and on oot you can ko them

I don't think it was stupid enough to think he was a girl, but that is a funny way to think about it, since he's blonde, and has pointy ears :D I'm about 100% sure that it took him because he was an intruder, and here's why - the girls it took, it put in that cell. But it took Link straight to Ganon... If it thought Link was a girl it would have put him in the cell with the other girls.
