@happytizzy Use the noise reduction thing under the other tab. You can also assign it to a key. This Emulator is the worst about crashing and sound.

@Gamephysique Go to your No$gba folder and open it. Find a file that looks like a notebook and if it says someting that envolves emulation configuration, delete it. Then you can open your Gba up :)
