Your description is wrong. Melee's Giga Bowser theme followed the same overall beat as the Final Destination theme but there were also significant changes aside from it being sped up.

Don't get me wrong though, I do think this sped up version of Brawl's FD stage is interesting, but calling it a Giga Bowser remix is a total stretch.

In Melee, he's actually defeatable. In Brawl, he's indestructable, so it wouldn't work in brawl.

make him have hp then so once hes down to a critical low, (why they made giga bowser survive with 0 hp is beyond me but he still turns back to normal) he turns back to bowser for the final blow. that would work. he stays giga until he has 0 hp left for the finisher. master hand and crazy hand would have 300hp as normal. that would be the ultimate final event or even filan battle in the next adventure mode once the net super smash is made.
