When i was 14 i had a budgie who slept, ate, played with me. His name was Pingi. Every time i would come from school, call his name he would respond. For some reason he liked being behind the couch, only if he was alone in the house. Not sure why. His cage was always open. One day i came from school, called out his name without response. Then, i noticed balcony door open which made me realize he was gone. My brother left it wide open, my little Pingi was gone. :.(
