can't this bill be challenged at the supreme court like the health care bill before a call to arms is issued? That's checks and balances as stated by the constitution, before a civil war is declared all attempts should be made to uphold the constitution we love. Just because some law makers choose to ignore it does not mean the people should. So how does a law challenge get presented to the supreme court?
As I understand it (and I ain't no lawyer), to get legal standing in the Supreme Court, some poor soul is going to have to be arrested under the provisions of this new law.
But, getting arrested won't work if there's no public record, no warrant, no formal charges, no legal representation, no trial, no conviction, no sentence, and no appeal.
You have a choice of 4 pleas to enter. They tell you of only three. 1-guilty, 2-not guilty, 3-no contest. the forth is this "I WISH to convene a court of record". When you do the forth you invoke the constitution under common law. The constitution is not dead. we just fail to use it. Citizens are not PEOPLE. For instance, the argued over whether we, the people, had "inalienable rights" or "unalienable rights", as those two phrases do NOT mean the same thing.

As a follow-up, I just now learned of H.R. 3166, the "ENEMY EXPATRIATION ACT", which at this moment is in the House Subcommittee on Immigration Policy and Enforcement.
If it becomes law, then folks like us can have their citizenship taken away from them, leaving us even more vulnerable to enforcement of the NATIONAL DEFENSE AUTHORIZATION ACT.

Ahhhhhh.....Hey...Dude....like--whut are you talkin about....my eyes glazed over when you started yelpin about "therefore ahhhhh somethin somethin somethin".......whuts on "Dancin with the Stars". ( Unfortunately this is the attitude of the general public. The vast majority of the voting public is so dumbed down they wouldn't understand anything you just said. Reminds me of Hosea 4:6 )
