Great looking boots but have you ever been outside down the high street in them. If so what comments have you had. If they had a heel what hight would it be.

@Alan61709 The heel height is about 9 inches, due to the tapered platform at the front. I've never walked down a high street in them, but I have some like minded friends, so I drove to theirs, not easy, and walked from the car down the street to their house, a great buzz.

@balletboot2000 Well you now know someone else who is like minded. I am going for a pair at the end of the month and when I can walk as well in the as you will be walking down my local high street. Do you say you have driven in them but with difficulty?

@Alan61709 Be patient, they make them to order, but good luck on the high street, I hope it's level, as going down any sort of slope is somewhat inelegant. Yes I have driven in them, but the tightly laced ankle, which you need for support makes pushing pedals difficult, plus mine's an auto which makes life easier. I drove a manual in ballets once, but that too was not to be recommended really.

It doesn't take long, I just laced them on, stood up, and off I went, they are really supportive and easy to walk in

thanks but I need those boots NEED i love horses and so for halloween im going to be a realistic horse but to sound like one I need those, If I made them how would I have any advice? I 3< HORSES :p

@kristakatt333 Hi Krista, they came from Punitive Shoes, and they are called Rancho. You need to make a pair of shoes and then attach a pair of metal horse shoes to them if you want them to sound realistic. The heel part is made of wood.

@kristakatt333 Hi there, they would not be uncomfortable for anyone to wear, as long as you got the right sized boot, and they had time to learn to walk in them safely. They are very stable, but maybe somewhat extreme for a youngster

Hi, the Pony's are a lot easier to walk in, but they're not cheap. They are great fun though, and extremely noisy outside.

Oh no ... you're very good - straight knees at the right times and you use the platform like a regular heel, stepping on the back (heel) first and then the front! Really good action. :-D
