You got some leather straps for the bands, and put a couple layers ov metal circles on it and the on top put a stopwatch, great idea.simple.i might do it.
its a hunter pocket watch...i think i'd prefer a half hunter (the cover has a small hole in it so you can still see the time but protect most of the watchglass) but its still rather awesome :)
one day, i am going to create a steam power giant body suit and equip it with gataling guns then i shall take over the world! until the US military comes and blows me to peices.......ya nvm not a good idea. great watch
i really want a steampunk watch, but theres no where i can buy one. where did u get yours? did u make it? how did u make it? where can i get mine made?
A standard mechanical watch already adheres to the principles of steam punk. You don't have to make an eyesore out of it, it just has to not use electricity.
OK, I hear you. I just meant to say that steampunk is not the addition of unnecessary parts, which is what seems to be going on here. Steampunk stuff looks more complex because purely mechanical movements are so much harder to produce. That's all.
Now I want a steampunk watch!

It looks like it would be awesome if you could "drag it out"... Hmm... Searching in my English vocabulary for the right words here...
It looks bulky enough to house more stuff underneath the clock.

what would be really cool, is if one of those layers flipped out and it was a compass.

I want it to be a clock ninja that steals time and assassinates minutes.

I was going to do more to it but I had someone that wanted to buy it so I just stop at that point in time.
If I were to make a new one I would add more to it.
funny69faces 3 years ago
Nice job. But since you went all bulky anyway, why simply have it as a single-purpose item?

plus, pocketwatches are more steampunky than wristwatches ever could be
ldcnuke 3 years ago 3
I agree with you but I don't think it's an eyesore.
Anyway, nice job. =)
